Sunday Social

This week’s questiosn are all about….HALLOWEEN! Muah hah hahhhh!

1. What was your favorite Halloween costume as a kid?
My favorite costume is probably when I dressed up as a bunny rabbit. I think I was about 6 or 7 and my mom actually made my costume. Sadly, I don’t have an adorable picture to show all of you since my parents live 5 hours away, but I assure you…it was freaking adorable.

2. If you could go back and dress up as something what would it be?
Can I be honest here? I never got to dress up like my favorite person for Halloween. I always wanted to be Cinderella but never got the chance! Cinderella was my ultimate character and every day when I’d come home from school in elementary, I’d always pop in the Cinderella VHS in my Memaw’s tape player. Can I be Cinderella now?!

3. Favorite costume as an adult?
As of lately, I haven’t been able to get dressed up for Halloween (let’s face it- costumes are EXPENSIVE), but my freshman year of college I dressed up as a candy striper. I went to a party that Halloween with all my girl friends and had a BLAST. Definitely good times.

4. Favorite Halloween Candy?
Candy Corn! Mathew and I are big lovers of candy corn. I can’t help that they’re so sugary and delicious!

5. Favorite Halloween Memory?
Ok, how do I admit this on le blog? I was an orchestra dork in high school. Don’t worry, I made up for it with being on the dance team too, but I loved orchestra. Every Halloween, my friends and I made it a point to drive to our orchestra teacher’s house on Halloween. She and her husband always had a little haunted house in their big driveway, and it was always lots of fun. Plus, she lived in the super-rich part of town where the neighbors always passed out regular (or king size) bars of candy. As a kid, you can’t beat that!

6. Whats your favorite scary movie?
That question totally made me think of Scary Movie. I have to say though, my favorite scary movie is I Know What You Did Last Summer. Combine JLH, SMG, FPJ, and the ever-so-hunky Ryan Phillippe with cheesy acting, and you’ve got one awesome movie.
