Hey everyone! Today is my 26th birthday and I’ve decided to link up with From Mrs. to Mama for this 411 post so all of you lovely readers can get to know me better (or if you’re new, you can get to know me, period!)

1. How long have you been blogging? And what got you started on blogging? Has your blog changed? I’ve been blogging for a LONG time. I’ve had blogs on xanga, livejournal, and then eventually came to blogger. I think I started blogging in high school which was probably in 2002 or 2003. My blog has definitely changed for the better. I started talking about daily rants, boys, etc, and have now matured (yay for maturity) and talk about my wedding, my husband and puppy, and our lives together!
2. Did you go to college? If so where, and what did you study? I have gone to several colleges actually. Texas A&M- Corpus Christi, McLennan Community College (here in Waco), and now I go to Tarleton State University (I take classes at the community college but they’re from the university). I’ve changed my major a zillion times since I started college, but currently am 1 year away from receiving my degree to become a teacher.

3. Where have you traveled? Out of country, I’ve only been to Mexico. In country though, I’ve been to Florida, New Mexico (where my family goes skiing every year), New York, and New Jersey.

(This was from a few years ago in New Mexico. I’m on the right)

4. If you won the lottery, what would be the first thing you would buy? The first thing I would buy is a home. My husband, Mathew, and I currently live in an apartment and would love to have enough money for a down payment on a house.
5. What are your 3 biggest pet peeves? I hate people who smack food or gum, I get annoyed at liars, and I hate when I make plans with people and then they back out.
6. What is your favorite movie? I have several, but I LOVE “You’ve Got Mail”. It’s my feel-good movie when I am sick or upset.

7. What is your drink of choice; wine, beer, or liquor. Or Water, Soda, Tea? I love moscato wine! I love the sweetness of it and will drink it as a dinner wine even if it’s really a dessert wine.
8. What is something you enjoy to do when you have me time? I love to lay out at the pool at our apartment complex and tan. My hubby goes with me and we just talk and read. It’s so nice! I also love to craft, but I rarely get the chance (or extra money) to do it.

9. If you could have a $10,000 shopping spree to one store, which store would it be? That’s easy- Michael Kors. I love his stuff, especially handbags and shoes!
10. Share with us an embarrassing moment of your past? Or present. Hmm, once I thought it’d be cool to go up the stairs at my parent’s house (I was in high school) 3 steps at a time. I ended up ripping my jeans SO bad!
11. What day would you love to relive again? My wedding day. It seriously was the best day of my life and went so fast that I wish I could relive it again and again.

12. If your life was turned into a movie… what actor would play you? Hm, I would love Jessica Simpson. Not because I look ANYTHING like her, but just because she’s my idol! I love her.
13. What are the jobs you had in high school/college/the early years? My first few jobs were working at summer day camps, shelving books at a library, scooping ice cream at TCBY, and working at NY & Co. Yeah, they’re all random.
14. Show us a picture from high school or college.

I won a trip on the radio for 2 to go to New York. I got to plan pretty much the whole trip, and one thing that I planned was to go to Good Morning America. This picture of my sister and I with Diane Sawyer is awesome!
15. If you could travel anywhere in the world, all expenses paid, where would you go? Italy! I love Italian food and the gorgeous architecture and history there.
16. Show us the most current picture of you or you and your family.

17. Where do you see your life 5 years from now? Hopefully in 5 years I’ll have a teaching job, and already have my first child! I’d like to hope so, at least!
