Again, I’ll mention my great joy of receiving packages in the mail. It is even better when you are out of town, and come home to not one but TWO packages!

We got our wedding invitations in the mail the other day when we weren’t home. Luckily, our friend/groomsman/ballroom dance instructor Jacob was house sitting and ended up grabbing the package off the front door step for me. First off, ok I was REALLY excited. Mathew and I took turns opening different boxes within our very large package. The invitations, RSVPs, reception cards, and envelopes were all just GORGEOUS. I can’t wait to show you all (though it’ll have to wait a couple months so my guests can see them first). But, if you’re looking for gorgeous invitations, check out LVandy27’s shop on Etsy (I’ll even be interviewing her soon for my blog!).

The other package that I came home to was from Jenny Busy Bee! Check out the link for pictures, but I got a really cute nail kit, makeup bag, and a pretty purple nail polish (perfect for summer). I haven’t been able to try it out yet since we just got back from our trip, but I know it’ll be great!

I got paid the other day as well, so I came home and paid our photographer (she’s great- we pay a small portion every month!), and bought my wedding bracelet!

My bracelet is by Tejani (who I discovered through another Weddzilla blogger, Urvi Prunier, owner of Tejani) and goes PERFECTLY with my Nadri earrings. I can’t wait for it to arrive! Tejani was a tad expensive for me, but apparently they had a 15% off code that I found, so that helped.

I bought my garter set today along with the bracelet. I’d been eyeing Garters By Kristi over the past 8-10 months and decided that I had to have one of her garters. I liked that there was a keepsake garter and a toss garter and looked everywhere online (ok a couple websites and etsy)and found this beauty:

Knowing that I had some wedding money leftover (I took out some money from my account to put into our little accordian folder), I went ahead and spent the money for it.

It feels so good to cross two things off our list of things to purchase for the wedding. There really isn’t too much left (which I’m thankful for)! Anyway, I hope you all had a fabulous week last week. I’m still trying to go back and respond to posts, but if I miss one of yours, I apologize!
