Ever since I stayed up til 1 am the other night curiously watching MTV’s “I Used To Be Fat,” I’ve been really motivated to lose this pre-wedding weight to get back to my old size (if not, at least less than I am now). Watching the girl go through rough workouts but losing 90 lbs in one summer was intense, but it made me think…I could totally do that! No, I’m not saying I want to lose 90 lbs in 2 months or something incredibly crazy like that, but it just made me want to be more healthy and keep working out.

I did day 3 of my wedding 100 push ups and it went really well! My max has gone up from 13 to 15, which is a nice little improvement. After push ups, Mathew and I decided to go to the gym. I love Gold’s Gym’s cardio cinema and tonight was perfect for it. We came in right in the 2nd scene of Salt (with Angelina Jolie) and wow was it good! We ended up intensely jogging and bicycling and using the elliptical for the entire movie!
I’m glad I have Mathew to do this with. It’s hard being a bride and knowing you want to shed some weight, but it’s definitely better when you’ve got a cute future hubs by your side.
