I Never Ever Ever….

– can believe that I just started watching the show Drop Dead Diva. I only have seen 3 episodes but I’m already addicted! Anyone else love this show?

– want to have cramps again. I feel like every month they get worse and worse. It never used to be a big deal and now they’re just SO painful. I’ve tried just about every remedy I can but nothing really works.

– will understand the Advocare thing. Spark is decent, but I have no idea how people pay $250 (or however much it is) for supplements. You’re supposed to follow a lean and green diet and use replacement shakes. Um, don’t people know that you can lose weight without the supplements just by eating healthy? At least, that’s what I did when I lost 60 lbs 5 years ago in 6 months and went from a size 12 to a 2. All I did was eat healthy and go to the gym 6 days a week. I hope I don’t offend anyone who is doing it (I know it’s all the rage and many of my friends are doing it), but really, I think it’s a waste of money (other than Spark).

– get my nails filled on time. I always end up letting them grow out so badly and then get frustrated so  I peel them off. I know that’s terrible, but I just don’t have the time!

So now it’s YOUR turn to link up for Never Ever Ever!

  2. I hate cramps too but I’m kinda hoping that I get some or “whatever” soon. After having my miscarriage at the beginning of August, I want to get back on a schedule so I can keep track of things.

  3. Samantha Marie says:

I agree on the Advocare crap, too! Maybe its the fact that I know if I just put down the ice cream and pick up an apple and work my butt of I can too lose weight. I understand maybe a JUMP start, but you seriously can do the same jump start with regular food. PS I need to lose 60 lbs in 6 months. ha ha or maybe like 100 lbs. in 2 months. 🙂 I hope all is well!!! xoxo

  4. I don’t get the Advocare fascination either.
I agree that the best way to get more energy and lose weight is to just eat healthy and get active.
I have found that I have way more energy when I go to the gym than when I just go to work and home. 🙂

Stopping by for Never Ever Ever.

    • I do believe all the ideas you’ve offered for your post. They are really convincing and will certainly work. Nonetheless, the posts are too quick for newbies. May just you please extend them a bit from subsequent time? Thanks for the post.

  5. I totally agree with the whole Advocare thing. It’s all over and although I’m intrigued about it, It’s just so expensive. Can you just get Spark and that’s it? You don’t have to get a whole big package? I guess I need to do more research.

  6. First, AdvoCare isn’t just about weight loss it is a health and wellness company that gives ordinary people extordinary lives just by helping others in their health and finance goals. We have over 70 products in 5 different lines from weight loss to skin care. Also, I am a bit confused where you are getting your price tag information when you have declined to come to a mixer and get the correct information. I do ask that you do the research or follow up to get the correct information before you inform your thousands of bloggers/followers that could or would like the help. This is by no means a fly by the night company. We have been around since 1993. We are a faith based company that does work as a team for the better of others. Spark is a wonderful product we have many different flavors to appeal to many people. Now with that in mind from Spark as well as a few other products I make about $300 each month. I have Zero distributors under me, so we are clear that this is NOT a pyramid scheme if you would like more and correct information please feel free to stop by the Hampton Inn and Suits at 2501 Marketplace Drive, Waco, Tx at 6:30 tonight. I did not comment to hurt a single persons feelings, but to hope that people will reach out to get the correct information and not just jump on a bandwagon one way or the other. If it is not for you thats great, but it may be for the person next to you that is struggling to stay awake as they teach the 5th period for the day or stuggling to feed their 3 year old. For me this company gives me hope that I can adopt a baby from a unfit home.

  7. I agree on the Advocare thing (no offense to those who do it or sell it). It’s just not for me. I do use supplements from Optimum Nutrition and Cellucor. NO replacement shakes for me. I don’t believe in cleanses or replacement shakes. To each their own though!
