Summing up Blissdom is really hard for me. I met so many wonderful people that were just genuinely kind, and I have to admit, I’m a little sad being back home in Waco where I only have a handful of friends. They call this feeling the “Blissdom Blues,” and I can’t help but feel it.

Y’all know I’m a HUGE fan of blogger meet ups. I met Neely, Sar, Sarah, and Taylor that way, and then made so many friends at the Austin meet up that  I kind of seriously love them. So when the opportunity for Blissdom arrived, I knew I had to jump on it. The chance to meet oh-so-many bloggers that I’ve been chatting with for a year or two?! It was too good to be true.

I know there have been several posts from bloggers about their bad Blissdom experiences, and I’m honestly sad that they felt that way. Of course, there are two sides to every coin, but I sincerely enjoyed my time at the conference. Not only did I connect with people, but I foraged stronger friendships, laughed at hilariously awesome and creative blog names like From Carpools to Cocktails, made connections with businesses, and learned a TON of information that really inspired me to find a TRUE direction to my blog.

In any case, I still have no idea how I’m going to recap the conference, but there were a TON of pictures taken. The girls and I all shared our pictures with each other, and Neely made us this video. I know it’s long, but I love it 🙂
